All products sold by H1 Biology Notes are digital PDF study notes, delivered instantly to your email after checkout. There is no physical shipping.

Digital content and your right to cancel
Under EU and Irish consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because these notes are delivered to you instantly as digital content, this right is waived once your download begins — by completing checkout, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that reason.

When you can still get a refund
If something's actually gone wrong on my end — the file is corrupted, you received the wrong chapter, you were charged twice for the same purchase, or the notes are genuinely not usable — get in touch and I'll fix it or refund you, no hassle. This is fair regardless of the digital-content waiver above; it's about the product working as described, not about changing your mind after reading it.

How to request a refund
DM @H1BiologyNotes on TikTok with your order number and what went wrong. I read every message myself and will sort it personally, usually within a day or two.
